Shipping and Returns Policy

   1. Communication channel for requesting exchanges and returns

All communications regarding exchanges and returns should be sent to the following e-mail address email info@anakintsugipoetry.com.

   2. Delivery

Orders will be sent to the address provided by the user during the ordering process. The delivery time may vary depending on the place of delivery and the chosen shipping method. We will do everything in our power to ensure that delivery times do not exceed 20 days after payment of your order, but we are not responsible for any delays that may occur with the delivery entities in each destination country.

We will make every effort to meet the delivery times indicated on the website, but we will not be liable for any delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control.

   3. Cancellation and Returns

The user can cancel the order at any time before it is dispatched.

The user has the right to return the purchased products within 14 days of receipt.

The cost of sending the return will be borne by the user, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

We do not accept returns of seasonal products, e.g. products created specifically for a certain time of year specifically for a particular time of year, which will not be placed on the market after the end of that season.

4. Conditions for Accepting Exchanges

Exchanges will be accepted, within the time limit set out in the previous paragraph, provided that the products have not been used, have their original packaging, are complete and are fit to be sold again.

   5. Requesting and sending the product back to the company

The user must request the return of the product through the communication channel referred to in this Shipping and Returns Policy, stating the reasons for the return, sending a photograph of the product to be returned and a copy of the purchase invoice. 

Our company will analyse your return request and issue its opinion within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the email requesting the return.

If the return is accepted, our company will issue a Return Note reference, in response to the email sent by the user.

After receiving this Returns Note, the user or our company (as per number 6), must contact a transport company to carry out the collection at the location indicated on the product. 

If the return is the responsibility of the user, they must send a copy of the return receipt via the same communication channel a copy of the delivery note to the carrier, as well as indicate the product(s) they wish to exchange.

The exchange will take place once the returned product has arrived at our company or at destination defined by us, up to a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the return.

6. Responsibilities and shipping costs for exchanges and returns

We are responsible for the costs of collection, return and exchange, if this is due to a manufacturing defect or our error.

   7. Refund methods

In all cases where products are returned, the user must exchange them for a product of equal value or purchase a product or products of a higher value and pay the difference.

   8. Evaluation process for returned products

All returned products are checked on arrival to ensure that they meet all the requirements of a new product before being put back on the market.

If these requirements are not met, it is our responsibility to dispose of them as we see fit, including not allowing the user to exchange or return them.

   9. Updates to the Returns and Exchanges Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Returns and Exchanges Policy without prior notice and we therefore advise you to read this information before confirming and/or paying for your order.
